This site is an informational guide with no user accounts, logins or on-site forms. We keep data collection to a minimum. This policy explains what little data does flow, the cookies used, and the third-party services involved in running the site.
Information We Collect
Contact Links
"Featured Slot" and enquiry links open your own email client via a mailto: link. We only receive what you choose to send us directly by email — nothing is captured automatically on the site.
Email Signup
If you join our updates list (homepage or footer form), we collect the email address and, optionally, which host city you're most interested in. Used only to send AFCON 2027 updates — see "Your Rights" below to unsubscribe or delete your data.
Standard Server Logs
Like any website, basic technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested) is logged by our hosting provider for security and performance — standard practice, not used to identify individuals.
Analytics & Ads (If Enabled)
If we enable analytics or advertising services in future (e.g. Google Analytics, Google AdSense), those services may collect usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location and device type. This policy will be updated if and when that happens.

Third-Party Services
Google Fonts
Typefaces are loaded from Google's font servers. This may share your IP address with Google, subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
Vercel Hosting
This site is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard delivery and server logs to serve the site to you, subject to Vercel's Privacy Policy.
Google Sheets
Our email signup forms save directly to a private Google Sheet via Google Apps Script. Google processes this data as our sub-processor, subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
Managing Cookies
Use the Accept/Decline options on our cookie banner to set your preference, or manage cookies at any time through your browser's settings — most browsers let you block or delete cookies on a per-site basis.
